Stephen Massie joined ITI Techmedia in April 2007 as the Programme Manager for the Condition Based Monitoring Programme.

Stephen has over 20 years project and programme management experience with technology companies, latterly in digital TV with Pace Microtechnology, but predominantly with NCR where his teams produced many new and innovative designs for ATMs and other self service terminals.  With NCR, he gained particular experience in global project management and established and ran their offshore outsourcing programme.

Stephen also has experience in technology high volume product manufacturing and started his career as a Systems Design Engineer designing computers with Burroughs (now Unisys).  He initially graduated in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, but also holds postgraduate qualifications in Software Engineering, Project Management, and a MBA.

Having been entirely educated in, and 31 years professional career in, Scotland, Stephen believes strongly in the successful future of Scottish technological innovation and exploitation.
